My name is Olinda Cheyenne Cadena. I currently work for Apple in their iOS/ Beats Chat Support and have
been so for over a year, previously I’ve worked at Sonic Drive-In for almost 4 years, Ulta cosmetics for about
two years, Hilton hotels for almost 2 years and I’ve done extensive volunteer work. Sonic was my very first
job, I was promoted to manager status after only 5 months and I held that title ever since. I then moved on to
Ulta, loved it, but moved away for school. I am currently in college for my bachelors in Computer Engineering,
however my future goal is to grow in my skills and proficiency of technical support and equipment building so
that I can eventually become a certified engineer.
